You'll have full opportunity to make changes to your design, hardware, leather, and measurements up through your 4-week measurement call. Once your design is approved at that point, we move forward with production. Any changes requested after approval will incur a change fee and will delay your order by two weeks.

We stand behind the fit of every pair of chaps we make. Once your chaps arrive, you'll have 10 days to try them on and send us photos or videos so we can see how they fit. If anything's off, we'll work with you to make it right. Jack will look over what you send and put together a plan to fix it, no question.
