Custom Process:

If you’re looking to order a set of custom chaps, please begin by submitting the form here with your initial information. I will review your submission and follow up with any questions needed to clarify your vision. There are countless ways to customize your chaps so they truly reflect your personal style, from fit and hardware to tooling and accents. Throughout the build process, my primary goal is to bring to life the chaps you’ve been dreaming of. All of the floral tooling I create begins with pencil and paper, so you can to provide an outline or inspiration and I will sketch the design for you. We’ll have multiple stages of approval during the custom process where we’ll check in and confirm details to ensure the project is moving in the right direction. For local customers we can meet here at the shop in Columbia, VA, or arrange a video call to take measurements and discuss leather and finish options. I’m also happy to mail leather samples so you can select the exact hide and color you prefer.
